Dane’s journey to founding Grand Lawn Maintenance is rooted in his passion for creating beautiful, well-maintained spaces. After graduating from Bucknell University, where he was the captain of the Division 1 baseball team, Dane began his career in sales, quickly advancing to sales management. While working full-time, he earned his MBA from Villanova University, which led to a role in Strategy and Transformation at a large national company. In this position, he managed cross-functional teams and led high-profile projects.

Alongside his corporate career, Dane pursued his passion for real estate by investing in residential properties and transforming them into beautiful spaces. It was through these projects that he discovered a love for landscaping and the instant gratification of making lawns and landscapes thrive. What began as a part-time creative endeavor grew into a full-fledged business, leading Dane to leave the corporate world and dedicate himself fully to the green industry. Today, he brings his diverse background, dedication, and love for the work to serve the Hershey community through Grand Lawn Maintenance.

Dane lives in Hershey with his wife, Tiffany, and their daughters, Giovanna and Mia. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors and are proud to call Hershey home. Dane’s commitment to excellence in his business reflects his desire to contribute positively to the community he and his family love.
